Evo saw 355 Review | steel cutting chop saw

This chop saw has been sent to me by Evolution to test out and review.
The Evo saw 355 has a 355mm blade (14 inches), this saw can easily cut mild steel and one blade will outlast 20 abrasive discs of the same size which means you can do about 1000 cuts in mild steel with the one blade. This chop saw is ideal for the professional user that needs to cut steel on a regular basis. Abrasive discs really are old technology when it comes to cutting metal as they produce a lot of sparks and dust. The Evo 355 can be used to cut mild steel, non-ferrous metals or stainless steel although if you intend cutting a lot of Aluminium or stainless steel you are much better off using the dedicated blades. Full specifications for the saw can be found here- http://www.evolutionpowertools.com/uk/steel/evosaw355.php
