Space-plugs are a very quick and easy way of fitting kitchen units to walls or items to insulated plaster walls very quickly. Space plugs come in two different sizes and can easily be adjusted to fit any void between the item being fixed and the wall. Thanks to Rob from Colour republic as he has been posting about using these for years.
