This video shows how to replace a double glazed unit in a double glazed UPVC window frame. This window has imploded so the glass is quite badly broken, How this happened is described in this video- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3fGXFRZ3zQ

You might be replacing a broken double glazed window or your units might have broken down and have condensation between the panes of glass, in either scenario replacing the double glazed unit is normally the only option.
