Cracks can often appear in plastered or drywall walls due to settlement or slight movement. In most cases the cracks are nothing to worry about and are only cosmetic. These cracks in the plaster or cracks in the drywall can easily be fixed using a suitable filler such as Gyproc easi-fill. Once filled the area can be sanded and then primed and afterwards the repair will not be noticeable.
