This video shows how to make a chain securing anchor from a piece of angle iron. Using anchors like this means that if a thief does manage to break into your garage there will be nothing expensive lying around that he or she can simply grab as all equipment worth stealing can be anchored down using simple chains and padlocks. This method also works for most petrol driven tools such as sthil saws, chain saws etc. as the chain can be fed through the handles.
