End feed fittings are the cheapest of all plumbing fittings for use on copper pipe. End feed can only be used on copper pipe and are no good for use on plastic pipe. Using end feed fittings is more difficult than using solder ring fittings and it can take some practice before you become good at joining pipes using end feed fittings. Most professional plumbers use large amounts of end feed fittings because of their low price. Compression fittings are simple to use but are more expensive then end feed or solder ring fittings.

end feed stop end

End feed stop end

This is used to blank off a copper pipe.

End feed stop ends are normally available in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

end feed straight connector

End feed straight connector

These are used to join two pieces of pipe the same diameter together.

End feed straight connectors are available in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

end feed imperial to metric

End feed straight imperial to metric connector

These are useful if the plumbing in your home is Imperial sizes and you need to connect modern fittings and pipework to the system

end feed slip coupling

End feed slip coupling

A slip coupling does not have a pipe stop on the inside of the joint, so it is possible to slide this all the way over a piece of pipe (which you cannot do with a straight connector). This is extremely useful when altering existing pipework, where it is not possible to move the pipe in either direction as you can cut out a piece of pipe and use a slip coupling at each end. End feed slip connectors are available in 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

end feed elbow

End feed elbow

An elbow is useful when you need a 90 degree bend in pipework, it is possible to bend copper pipe but elbows are fast and inexpensive. End feed elbows are available in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

end feed obtuse bend

End feed obtuse bend

An obtuse bend is not used as commonly as an elbow but occasionally you might need to use one. End feed obtuse bends are available in 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

End feed reducing connector

End feed reducing connector

A reducer is often used to reduce the pipe size down from a larger size, for example a 22mm pipe may need reducing to 15mm etc. Reducers are available in several sizes, in some cases you may need to use more than one reducer to obtain the correct outcome.

End feed full crossover

End feed full crossover

A full crossover is useful if you need to cross one pipe over the other. This can be useful if you replace a bath and change the bath around so that the taps are at the opposite end. To get the hot and cold taps in the correct position it would be necessary to cross the existing hot and cold pipes over, this is where the full crossover comes in handy. End feed full crossover's are available in 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

End feed reducing connector

End feed tap connector

These are used to connect the water supply up to taps, you can also get these in bent versions. These must be used with a fibre washer at the nut end to seal correctly. End feed tap connectors are available in 15mm x 1/2 inch, 15mm x 3/4 inch and 22mm x 3/4 inch.

End feed equal tee

End feed equal Tee

These are used when you need to branch off from a pipe. An equal tee means that all three openings are the same size, you can also get a variety of reducing tee's which will be described below. End feed equal Tee's are available in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 22mm and 28mm

End feed reducing Tee

These are available in several different configurations, here are a few of the more common ones-

End feed reducing Tee

End feed 22-22-15 reducing Tee

End feed reducing Tee 22mm

End feed 22-15-15 reducing Tee
