Zinsser ALLCOAT is a unique paint that is a primer and top coat combined. Simply apply the first coat (which acts as a primer) then apply a second coat which becomes the top coat. Zinsser ALLCOAT is water based and very quick drying and can be recoated in just 1 hour!
