I've always thought..........
.........that I was just going for a walk.
Now it turns out I've been practising *Shinrin Yoku*.

I don't wish to rubbish the idea as it definitely keeps me sane just getting away from everything for a couple of hours every afternoon, but why does it have to have a silly name - and how does one become, like Sam Lewis, "a qualified forest bathing practitioner"?
Edit: I've found out how - and I suspect that that is where the money is:- https://www.natureandforesttherapy.org/ ... g/training

We went to the country park for a walk today as it was sunny but cold. On the way back, as the car heater kicked in, I could smell a horrid smell. You guessed it a wedge of dog sh*t was in the heal /sole crease. Fortunately it was not on the carpet or peddles but I had to take my shoes off in the garage and scoop it off before chancing a further clean up in doors I sprayed them with Dettox and wiped down three times. There is still a faint whiff on the sole so they remain in the garage. I would not mind but I am careful where I tread and we stayed in the paved pathways. That was the end of any euphoria from a lovely walk.

I hate it when that happens.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.
Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

Dogshh is the bane of my life, too many horror stories to recount.
Maybe what I do is actually Shitrin Yoku, I'm definitely a qualified practitioner in that.

Been doing this since I was 8ys old.
On a similar vein I wish I had enough money to buy one of those isolation tanks that you float in complete silence although if I fell asleep and then woke up I'd probably freak out.
