Screws for use in the shower
Ok, call me a dumb blonde (I'm not!) but can someone please tell me which type of screws to use in my shower cubicle to fit a tray to the wall?
I completed this DIY job a couple of months ago but the screws are now rusted and I only just managed to remove them! Is there a special type of screw to use that won't rust? The deckscrews I have seen are too wide and too long!
Thanks
Helen

Hi Helen, welcome to UHM
Ideally you need stainless steel screws for in a shower area.
You can see some here-

Stainless ones wont rust-
The A2 grade basically means they are resistant to normal wet conditions and most chemicals. Perfect for a shower.
A4 grade ones would be better if you showered in sea water, or nasty chemicals..... which i doubt you do either
