Painting rust metal used to be a difficult and time consuming job. Now it has been made much easier with special primers such as Rustoleum's Rust reformer. Simply brush off any loose rust using a wire brush, wipe clean with methylated spirits and then paint using Rustoleum Rust reformer, you can then apply the top coat of your choice.
