More and more electrical items can now be charged using a USB lead, which often means plugging an adapter into a standard electrical socket. This can mean that your socket soon becomes busy with items that are trying to use the power outlets. Installing a combination power socket and USB chargers makes perfect sense and means that you leave the electrical outlets free for using other devices. Please be aware that electricity is dangerous and if you do not know what you are doing please consult a professional electrician. This video shows how to do a safe isolation procedure before replacing the existing socket with a USB wall socket.
