Hi Everyone wonder if you can help me.I have written a letter in wordpad and saved in Documents and I need to send it in an email to a friend to print off for me to send or even to be able to email it directly to the person it is addressed to and I need to do it fairly quickly. When I get the drop down menu and click on Send to Email recipient I get the following message."There is no Email Program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or if one is already installed create an association in the Default Programs Control Panel"My ISP is Virgin and I have recently had this laptop.I have an NTL email address which I have'nt been able to access since the change and used Outlook Express. Now I have set up a gmail account and this is all I am using currently. Can anyone help..not much good on computers and dare'nt click on anything in case I mess the whole thing up...and it took me hours to write this letter!!Sorry for being so pathetic lol. :dunno: :dunno:

open the wordpad document and hilite all the text by left clicking at the first letter of the text and hold the left mouse button down and drag the pointer down to the end of the letter.
Then either click on Copy at the top of wordpad or right click the hilited text and click Copy.

Open your email program and in Write or Compose, left click at the start of where you want the text then point to File and click Paste, or right click and click Paste.

When you save additional parts keep the same title but add part 1 part 2 etc..

Once you've saved both parts of your letter, login to Gmail and attach both parts of the letter to your email as described here: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=6584
