Concrete base , steel uprights , treated timber , steel roof sheets ? Awkward to say more really without a little more information , budget , cosmetic appeal , surrounding structures etc . Have a search on google images is usually a good starting point.

I walked past a beauty yesterday whilst out on a hike - hewn green oak with draw-bored and pegged M&T joints and gallows brackets. Really substantial with 6 x 6in uprights and looked the part when set against a 17th century stone farmhouse. Pity my phone had gone flat, otherwise I'd have taken a few pics. I'll really have to go back some time
