where can i buy these from...looked everywhere on the internet and no hope, once again the yanks do them in droves.

It is a box end bracket for wooden blinds.

I bought two from Ikea, very reasonable price, 2mm thick unvarnished slats, Mrs M has just had some other, more expensive blinds fitted, thicker shiny slats. PM me if you want to know more.
