I have bought a new LED batten fluorescent tube for the garage The garage has a 2 way switch facility . I have removed the old batten and discovered 3 cables 2 cables have live neutral and earth wires and the 3rd cable has just 2 live wires THe LED batten is pre-wired with a live and neutral to a connector ( no earth wire)
I have connected the two neutrals to led neutral connection and the four live wires to the led live connection and then the two earth wires to the led connector(where there is no earth wire from the led
Switched on mains and nothing happens
All other lights in the house all work

What am I doing wrong?
