I have a Towerstat RF wireless thermostat for my combi boiler but I don't think it has been fitted properly and guy that installed it has gone out of business!
The problem is that when the thermostat turns the central heating function off (for example when the desired temp. is reached or when the timer is not set) I lose all power to the combi boiler so the hot water function also ceases to work.
Basically the thermostat appears to be operating as an on/off switch for power to the boiler rather than controlling the central heating function seperately.
Has anyone come across this problem with a wireless thermostat before?
Cheers for any help.
