hello al
can you help please every time i start my pc this meesage comes up i can`t get rid of it

ERROR LOADING
C:/WINDOWS\TRFMS.DLL
THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND

any advice please running XP

can you get into safe mode and run a system restore?

what os are you running?!

Probably something has been deleted. Can't seem to see which programmes use it. So you could go start, run, msconfig. Look at your startup list. Untick them one at a time, remembering to put the tick back after each reboot to see which one it is.
You might see the file its looking for in the command column.

I'd recommend you run a scan for viruses/spyware.

Download and run Malwarebytes following the instructions and download link from here
