If anyone is after a Wii fit, I just checked my local Argos store and they're in stock for reservation.

Good fun, isn;t it

I found that my weight - and hence BMI - changes by about 3-4ibs between morning and night - right pain when you do the body test

Hoovie,

I just jogged at high speed, I'm not built for jogging. It's been hogged by two youngsters. The girls don't want to go to bed, so I'm letting them stay up for a change, that way they won't be up at the crack of dawn!

We have a rebounder (mini trampoline) and Mrs H uses that when doing the jogging - adds an extra dimension.

The Hula Hoop game is good

You will find as you get to a certain level (or time?) on a particular activity, other ones at a higher level get unlocked :-)

It's a big hit. We have a rebounder too, I'll use that in future. :thumbright: I've got a balance age of 29 to start with! I can hula hoop with several hoops, I like the warrior and amazingly enough I can do the tree pose in yoga. This is the first time that I did it though. Great fun, I've unlocked a few extra games too. I guess it'll be used by us when they've gone to bed.

It should come with a warning! Don't do it late in the evening as you get a rush and don't feel like sleeping. Big mistake.
