I'm trying to solve a suction problem with my Wickes wet and dry vacuum cleaner.
After using the machine for about a minute, I hear something, like a ball, move up inside the central column and stops the vacuum's suction.
I've just watched a clip on YouTube with on the Ultimate Handyman reviewing this cleaner ..., and so was hoping I may be coming to the right place for help!

Thanking you in advance

The ball is when you use it wet mode to stop liquid going into the fan unit and blowing it. The fact that it is sucking up suggests to me that there might be a blockage somewhere and that is diverting the suction to the chamber where it is sucking the ball up. Have a good look at the pipe and opening into the dust bag.

It is usually a simple solution if you have power. Let us know how you get on. :thumbright:

If it's the same one I have, it's a very simple machine.
Are you using the foam filter? Check that's clear, check the hose is clear...mine has a tendency to block at the bend in the nozzle...and fit a new bag. Earlex/Karcher make an identical machine and the bags are easier to get.

Why isn't the number 11 pronounced onety one?
