Curiouser and curiouser...... what does APC stand for? Anyway, if you have 'mechanics' experience from serving in the army surely you've used a drill before?

Well i don't play games almost 5 years so far (thank God) but i was addicted in the past. Hence "experience points" that i have mentioned. But why you actually thought i am older?

Boris, you are still young and seem to want to have a go at everything, why dont you take an apprenticeship in the building trade.
Like the others have said, I was under the impression you were middle aged.

Good idea Fin, a picture of me thread, you get an asumption of what some one looks like, and they are completly different.

Fish tank haha! Language barriers can be wonderfully entertaining, no offence mate.
Boris, see this link http://www.itv.com/Entertainment/comedy/YouveBeenFramed/Sendusyourclips/default.html

You could even set up your own youtube channel!

p.s. did you ever figure out what you did wrong with the drilling? I read the thread but wasn't sure exactly what you were up to.

I like the fish tank! i just saw your other post. What i was getting at earlier was that I hoped you didn't carry your DIY skills over to the fixing of tanks! The vehicles you repair, they are tanks or something else?

I thought you were drilling into the wall to put a curtain pole up? Why is there live wires up there!

Youve been framed - a show where mostly fat or old people (or both) fall over. Not implying your are fat or old but i reckon you could give them a run for their money! I can see it now, boris up a ladder, one foot on the ladder, one foot on the toilet roll holder, drills into a live wire, toilet roll holder gives way, falls off the ladder into the fish tank! £250 should buy you a few hours of the private detective's time! Don't use a tripod though, it will look too staged. Get someone who carries on laughing and filming to hold the camera (they never put it down on the TV show).

Well i used this "Contact Cement" which is similar to one we had in Estonia, in period before USSR split apart and it was called "Moment":

And TADA!

I had to apply pressure and stand in inconvenient position for about 10 minutes, but so far so good. "Moment"? yeah right... How about "Hour"? :thumbright:

By the way, this one is favorite of glue sniffers. Explained in russian however, but here you can just look at the picture.

Hehe :thumbright:

I guess i should not test how strong toilet roll holder is attached now. I will just give it time.
