Thats the place that phoned me and said their is no pto in my area. Just got to get someone to cut it down now.

if your the tenant then I would have thought something that big would be the responsibility of the landlord (housing association. Depending on how your tenancy agreement is written I would have thought felling trees wouldnt fall under the remit of maintaining and keeping tidy the garden

True Mike, but I don't suppose they are overly concerned on the loss of light and moisture in CORSA's garden, hardly an urgent maintenance item, unless the tree in question is a threat to the structure; as it was put to me, trees been there for almost a hundred years if you do not like them, then you should not have bought the property!
As the association is saying, up to you Corsa :wtf:
