Having a bathroom makeover soon. Fitter recommends the Mira Excel but wife fancies the look of the Mira Discovery Concentric. There is a £200 difference in price. What say you guys?
Also, not sure whether to go for the exposed or built-in valve and would again value the advice of the experts.

I think Mira are good valves and it has to be said that the Excel is a very popular tried and trusted unit. I would go with the built in version myself.

So when you tell your wife you want the Excel you may as well order the Discovery now

Built in looks better, but a bit more work involved. If the wife has got her heart set then who are we to question her decision. Both are good, it's down to your taste, your budget and how strong a man you are. :boxing:

Discovery it is then! And BTW, I wear the trousers in this house but let the wife think that she does to save trouble.
