Hi,
I'm just 'toying' with the idea of getting a cheap mini lathe.

I am now retired. I have no great need for one,,,, but once it's there, you do tend to find little jobs for them eh ?

I don't have a workshop, so it will have to be small enough to get out & put away for each use.

Obviously don't want to spend a lot,,,

any advice out there please ?

cheers

Dont know much about mini stuff, have a look at machine mart or Axminster powertools.
Id imagine something like one of the small Clarke barand ones would be adequate for you.
