hi all i'm a new member this being my first post.
erm were having a new bathroom suit fitted soon & whilst the contractors are there i'd like them to fit a new shower unit for me.
i've been looking to buy a power shower but i'm not to sure as to which 1 to buy as a lot say only suitable for graviety feed.

i have a good powerfull cold water pressure (not graviety feed) & my hot water is supplied by a combi boiler.
so could any 1 advise me as to which type of power shower i should be looking to purchase.

i've all ready got a electric 10.5kw shower but the water delivery is not as powerfull as i'd like it.

any advise or replys would be most :welcome:

thank you.

You need to get a shower that is combi compatible, other than that it depends on what you want to spend.

Pleae remember ant shower will only be as good as the combi can deliver, for example you buy a shower with 20 Ltrs/m and you combi only delivers 12Ltrs/m it will not perform to spec.

Don't know if it is just your terminology, but you can't have a power shower working off a combi.

Make and model and we can tell what it should deliver.

By powershower Dave was assuming you mean pump, which is a no go.

The boiler will produce between 7 & 10 Ltrs/m, depending on model and temperature rise.

Yes a thermostatic shower is a must, as is high pressure.

If you look at the spec it will tell you combi compatibly, or just type that into google.

There's some good deals to be had at the moment, 1/2 price etc, so a little time spent looking can save you a few hundred quid.

Find one you like and run it by us.

Yes you can post a link, provided it isn't spam.

A dedicated shower valve would be much better.
