I had to scrape the ice off the van yesterday, can't complain though!

I'm sure that when I worked shifts I have been scraping much earlier in the year

My washer is safely tucked up in its own cupboard (in the storage shed), lined with 50mm kingspan, coupled with a 85w heating tube connected to a thermostatic switch set at 2 degree.........learned my lesson :cb

I'm just waiting for my neighbours windscreen to crack.
Every morning, boiling kettle on it.
If we didn't have a massive falling out I'd tell her just how stupid an idea that is but I don't so I'll play the waiting game

On the plus side I quite like the smell of deicer, anyone with me?

i left a bucket of water and feb and on Monday it had a thick layer of ice (been waiting for deliveries the last couple of days). Love my mum in the winter - any buckets or anything that can hold water I always turn upside down so water can't collect and freeze therefore breaking it. My mum will come and visit and turn everything the right way round.

Mums - you have to love them (IT's THE LAW!!!)
