I am having my lead water pipe from the road to my house replaced with 32mm mdpe pipe.

I need to create a connection from the 32mm mdpe pipe to my 15mm copper pipe in my house.

I can tee into the exisitng 15mm copper pipe no problem - but how do I connect 32mm plastic pipe to 15mm cooper pipe tee?

Easiest way would be to use a "Philmac" stopcock with a copper adapter on the outlet.
