Hi I have built a 6m long by 3.2m stud wall 50mm off a stone party wall. Any ideas of how to tie the stud wall to the existing stone wall. All wall ties i have seen are for brick and I can't screw or nail from the wall side! Any ideas or suitable tips appreciated

You can't go far wrong with a length of allthread and a tube of resin . Drill right through , clean out , fill the hole with resin , shove in the allthread and tighten up the nut after it's set. Cheap enough , simple to do and pretty difficult to get wrong.

I normally screw through the uprights of the stud into the wall...

Yes I'd normally screw but peasoupblu mentioned the stud being 50mm off the wall which would entail longer screws.
However , just rereading this I pictured the studwork at right angles to the stonework but now I think it's more likely to be in line with it . In which case it should be possible to put 50mm packers behind the studs ( presumably with a dpc membrane ) screwed directly to the wall with screws and plugs and a screw skewed through the stud into that packing with perhaps a plastic packer if needed. Althernatively the simplest method would be right angled steel brackets screwed to the wall and into the sides of the studs.
