Hi there, I got my own recently and have been doing plenty of DIY and after a while lurking on here have a slightly strange question.
For a variety of reasons I'm considering getting a Skierg machine
LINK. They're kind of like a vertical rowing machine and one of the reasons I'm looking at it is that they can be wall-mounted quite neatly. The machine itself rests on the floor but in the "rowing" motion there's a horizontal element away from the wall.
As such I'm concerned about whether the suggested wall mounting would be strong enough. The last couple of pages of the assembly instructions
INSTRUCTIONS have just 4 screws going into wall studs. Does anyone have any views on this.
I have a choice of two walls which I could use, one a stud wall and the other a solid brick party wall.
Thanks for any help, I'm not overly keen on heaving out part of the wall and having the machine topple onto me mid-exercise.
