They had a mortar heap over it but it was crap. Kept sinking and cracking. I removed it all. I want to maybe get one of those paver recessed manhole covers? And block work over it? Or just a normal manhole cover. OR a drain channel to connect the pipe from gutter pipe to soakwater under the pavers.
Only issue is the height of the old pipe is higher than the level of the pavers.
