the one my son-in-law got Friday was New 2018 stock £58 from Powertoolworld , with a 2018 date stamp, he actually contacted them as well and they replied saturday re the logo change and that they had a dispatched 2019 versions at that price

i understand the battery and electronics is no different though

yes th differences are fully cosmetic as far as i know :thumbright: :thumbright:

the 6AH would be the flexivolt one , I know last year Dealt was offering a free flexivolt battery with flexivolt purchases
All my gear is 18V so apart from the 6AH would the flexivolt have any other advantages.
I don't suppose i would be buying any flexivolt tools , as i tend to have stihl petrol tools for the garden, and only purchased those 2018

the only reason i went for flexivolt was the table saw and have'nt regretted it for one second its fantastic :lol:
it costs you more for flexvolt because its more powerful same as mains power on some
but if you can get everything you need on the 18v platform then don't think ther'es any advantage off flexvolt
we are all ------------------still learning
