Upvc door handles

Post by enfield250 »

Hello!
I have a Zenith Staybright back door, the inside handle is wobbling about.
I have removed it and the plastic distance piece has disintegrated so has the spring cassette.
I have found a suitable spring cassette on Ebay for a couple of quid.
The problem I have now is getting the correct handle.
The handle is cast aluminium alloy in anodised gold.
inside the handle is cast 3623N 12 and the symbol for aluminium alloy.
I have typed 3623N 12 into google, and I get lots of results, but they do not measure the same size as the handle I have.
The backplate is 240mm long with 215mm centres for bolts. In is 26mm wide. The distance between the square bar and key is 68mm.
The distance between the key and bottom hole is 38mm the bar is 8mm.
if I can't find a handle I'll just change the spring and let it wobble.
Cheers,

replace the handle what is a complete unit

its a standard size just search 215mm 68pz, 68pz is 68mm centres between of the bar and centre of the cylinder (round part of the euro)

this size is not that common (but still standard) so it has a premium on it, Fullex or Hoppe are both good quality

eg. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/uPVC-Fullex- ... 0505.m3226

If that's too wide this pair is 26mm (Hoppe London 113/363M)
