Replacement tap handles

Hello guys

Just need to replace a tap handle, the valve is fine so just the handles. Its the kitchen ones some seem to call them clubheads Are they are standard size as not sure what I need? Tried to upload some pics but theyvhave too many pixels it says..

the part that tap head engages with will be a specific size, measure the diameter and count the number of splines. the new tap head needs to be the same.
