Decking Plan Help

Hi

i am planning to put some decking down at the side of my mancave/shed and i am little stumbed on the planning of where to run the joist etc
please see the attached plan and i also wanting to run the decking timber horizontal

because of the size you'll need to build 2 (or more) frames and bolt them together, as an aside that part at the bottom that is 2.5 M wide, if you were to make it 2.4 M you would have a lot less wastage (Boards come in sizes of 2.4 3.0 3.6 4.0 etc.
so at 2.4 wide a 3.6 board cut down leaves a 1200 mm board, as opposed to an 1100mm offcut .
