Myson control

Hi, moved into new house and can't work heating, upstairs comes on but not downstairs, can't see what I am doing wrong???

Seems that all is set up right but just doesn't come on at set time?

Had exactly the same, display working but no call for heating. Changed the batteries and instantly it was calling for heat so start there
