How many square metres per day?

Post by hayloft123 »

Hello,

New poster here! I've looked through the last few pages and haven't managed to spot this question so apologies if it has been asked...

How many square metres per day should 1 person to be able to do of the following (ie doing just 1 of these activities for a full 8 hour day)

Skimming
Plasterboard on to dabs
Plasterboard on to timber

Many thanks,

Dan

Will you fetch the materials for that person? Will you mix the plaster and help carry and put in place the sheets of plasterboard? Rather, let me rephrase my question. It is not fair to ask for how long something takes so you can check the prices you get against it.

As OchAye has already replied implied. there are far too many variables to give an answer. Does plasterboard have to be cut? How easy is access, is it upstairs?

If you're not happy with a quote, get a few more to compare

Thank you for the welcome and your responses!

Everything you write does make sense - I guess I have pretty much asked how long a piece of string is!

It's late now but I shall add more to this tomorrow - thanks again for responding
