Electrolux Oven Soft Close

An odd one for the forum but...

I have an Electrolux EOC5440AAX oven.

I seem to recall the door closing more softly. It now closes abruptly.

There is no mention of soft close in the manual but a spec sheet says it has 'VelvetClosing'.

I'm not having much luck locating any mechanism for this and can't find anyone else online with the same issue.

I have contacted Electrolux too.

Anyone else have the same oven or any ideas?
