There used to be some aerator type fixture on this mixer tap, but I do not know what it looked like. I want to buy a new aerator, but don't know where to start as there seems to be no thread on the inside or outside of the tap, so I don't know what type of fixture to look for. Unless the thread is farther up inside the spout.
Is it possible to find an aerator that clicks in? Here are some pictures of the tap spout.
I believe the tap is biflow as the hot water comes from the center hole and the cold water down around the outside.

There are loads of them designed for various taps. I suspect your one was a snap in but you may well find it a hard job to find a replacement. See this site as they say they are universal https://www.notjusttaps.co.uk/tap-spouts-aerators.html
