Just moved into new premises for work and the front door is a steel frame and door. Problem is the door opens both ways with the wind and doesn't have a latch to keep it closed. The wind is blowing open all the time and we can't lock as we'll be running up and down the stairs all day.
Metal strip to allow to open one way? Swap the lock for a handle and lock? Door close on the top of the door (bearing in mind the door opens both ways)? Been googling for ideas but can't find anything remotely helpful at all really!
Any ideas/suggestions to solve this?

Could you post some photos ?
It may be possible to fit a sashlock and handle. How does it lock now ? Just bolting a metal strip along the edge will stop it opening both ways.
