help sourcing hanging rail clips for filing cabinet

Good Morning,
I really hope someone can help me.
I had some fitted office furniture made about 10 years ago, and during some recent building work, a couple of the clips from the filing cabinet that attach the hanging rails for the files have gone missing.
Does anyone know where I can source either a complete new frame, or just 3 of the clips - as shown in the 2nd picture.

I think that you might struggle to find a particular plastic part like that.
Hafele have complete rails for filing drawers.
