Yes it’s a water based alkyd so compatible with oil/alkyd and water based.

Just ordered the stuff! But before I start I have few more questions
1 /do I sand down before the primer and after if so what grade of paper
2 /do I just use the roller brush method to apply the primer
3/ 1 coat of primer or 2
