Hi guys!
Does anyone have any advice on building a cellar/basement?
I currently have a garage attached to my house which isn't really big enough to fit a car in and open the doors! So it's coming down!
In its place will be a new larger garage and I am thinking of putting a cellar below it as we will be digging down for foundations anyway.
Most websites and firms offer glistening highly finished basements as trendy living spaces but I just want it a nice cool unfurnished storage space with electrical points the odd wine rack! Approx 3300x7500.
Before I go getting ahead of myself does anyone have an idea on what this would cost?

Chris.Sorry no idea of the answers you need. But watch out, as you dig next to the house for the cellar/garage in case you create problems with the foundations of the house.
