Intergas HRE 24/28 & Nest 3

Post by BSF75 »

Hi

I have an Intergas HRE 24/28 & was looking to purchase a Nest 3 & I was looking for some advice please

From the reading I have done - I need to ensure there is power to L & N in the Heat Link & wire OT1 & OT2 in the Heat Link to X4 11 & 12 in the boiler - removing any other connections in X4 in the boiler.

I then set the nest to open therm in the settings

This seems fairly simple & I feel like I am missing something

Can anyone advise

Thanks for any help you can give

Many Thanks

It depends how old the boiler is. You don't always remove all other connections on X4 - if it's an ERP model you could disconnect the power to the pump!!

Is the pump round or oblong?

Perfect!!

Leave the link between 4/5 on X4 and remove the old stat wires then proceed as you said in your first post :salute: :salute:
