Defo Dave!! I've a set of Halfords own brand screwdrivers and they surprised me in terms of quality and they've lasted years. I think I'll buy this socket set!

I have 2 of these sets and rate them highly in fact all my socket sets apart from my 3/4 drive set are from halfords. Just had to make a tool box up for work and got all my sockets from then again as trust them over snap on stuff will be using them to repair lifting equipment both in a workshop and on site if you can get a trade card then all there tools and chests work out even cheaper

I won a 'thru' socket set in the UHM competitions - when they were around - and prefer it over so-called 'deep' socket sets now. It was an RS Components product.

Mind you I think the Halfords Pro range of socket sets is superb quality. Used to be a Snap-on fan donkeys years ago but prefer Halfords stuff now.

I won a set of those "thru socket" sets here as well. They're a great idea.
