Kingspan v Insulating foil

I have bought a house with a loft room with no insulation at all. I was going to put Kingspan on the walls but a friend recommended Insulating foil http://www.toolstation.com/shop/Constru ... 738/p23646 . He said it is easier to put up, cheaper and much quicker. He said it is just as good but I can't find any info on the thermal qualities to compare the two. Has anybody used it and would they recommend it?
