We've got most of the house to decorate, once the plasterers finished (and it's dried out!)
I've used Gliddens Contract Matt to mist the 2 rooms that are finished, we're looking for something better than the Homebase we used in our last place.
We've found a Dulux colour we can get mixed, but trying to decide which to go for. Dulux Dec. Centre is nearby, nice folk and willing to do a bit of a deal, so I'm leaning towards them.
We'd like to go as Matt as possible, but add a little more resistance to it - Dulux list Flat Matt as wipeable, is this true? I'm assuming that Diamond Matt is probably not even as Matt a finish as Vinyl Matt?
Any thoughts?

Re: Dulux Flat Matt/Diamond Matt
Diamond matt does have a sheen when it dries.....its a very good paint IMO expensive but truely durable.
Dulux say :
Dulux Trade Flat Matt is a high quality, water-based completely flat finish with excellent
coverage and opacity. It is suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces and is
more washable than many conventional matt paints.
You could try Johnstones Acrylic Matt for a flat durable finish
Johnstones say :
Highly durable and washable
Resists stains
Retains a true matt finish
Multi surface

Re: Dulux Flat Matt/Diamond Matt
Watch out for Flat Matt, as for all it's wipeable it doesn't take well to being touched up in the event of it getting marked. You'll probably find yourself having to re-paint whole sections of wall, as the touched up bits look very prominent.
