Cinema / Media room finished
Friday night – Movie night – update on the media rom.
Lets first see how it was after the plastering crew left
Building of the units to hold the in excess of 3000 dvd’s and display the special edition dvd’s
Then the stage of decorating, paint and wall paper
A little side step to list the technical equipment
Speakers
6 Jamo’s U80 – Ceiling speakers
2 Jamo’s C660 CS wall speakers
1 B&W CC6 S2 centre speaker
4 ElectroVoice EVID C10.1 Ceiling subwoofers
Subwoofer amplifier BSBPV 500
Projector – Optoma HD80
DVD – Sony BDP S570
Receiver – Onkyo TX SR 607 - 7.2
Sky HD box
Toshiba air conditioning
2 42” lcd screens – gaming purpose
120” Motorised HD projector screen
2 under counter fridges
1 popcorn machine
1 slush puppy machine
1 hot dog machine
Colour coding of the speakers and grill of the air conditioning – (black)
Fitting the lights
Add a splash of colour – colour is dragons blood
Fitting the control centre
And then this is the finished product
(please note – carpet is just temporary and skirting board and door trim work is still to be done)

I see in Pics 3340 and 3341 that you have the priorities right.
Lovely job, how much do you charge to come in?

Excellent work,I wonder if it cost as much as this guys
What do you get for $6m? How about a Stewart Snowmatte laboratory-grade screen, a Sony ultra-high-resolution 4,096 x 2,160 digital projector, 30 amplifiers (!), 16 subwoofers, 10 tweeters and 8 tower speakers

A bit more free time to actually enjoy it. We currently limit the time we spend in there to only 3 nights a week .
The rest of the house still needs to get a full refurb.
I got the plumber starting on monday to get the the first fix done. and installing a new boiler and hotwater storage tank

Fantastic job. One shot reminds me of the flight deck of the Enterprise. Speaking of neighbours...........the two tents look like those used by scenes of crime when a body has been found.......have you seen your neighbours lately?
