Quick hello

This is a quick hello from a recently retired, active, 50 yr old, heterosexual male, non smoker, own house, car, motorcycle and motorhome, married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren, living in N.Ireland with fairly good (I think so anyway), joinery, tiling and decorating skills.

I've been following this website for some considerable time and have gained very valuable knowledge, most of which I have used to improve my DiY skills.

I joined simply to show my appreciation of the way the contributors have a straightforward, common sense approach, to requests for information (unlike some of the other sites which beggar belief in the way replies are posted).

Keep up the great work guys and I look forward to posting one or two queries in the very near future.
