How to remove this shower tray?

As per the photo i have removed shower cubicle but im struggling to get the tray out. It looks it might be glued to the wood platform? I dont see any screws etc underneath. How can i get this tray out?

(The tray is slightly uneven and leans about 5mm apx the wall corner hence i want to remove to get it level and probably replace as its a bit manky.)

The tray is probably stuck to the ply with either silicone, tile adhesive, or mortar. Try and get something long between the tray and the ply to prise it up (a crowbar would be a good option). The chances of you removing the tray without damaging it are virtually nil, and you'll probably find you damage the ply base too to some degree. Given that, you're probably best off just being brutal with it and replacing both the base and the tray. Run a sharp knife all the way around the tray first to separate it from the tiles to avoid damaging them.

Check you can get a tray the same dimensions or slightly larger, because otherwise you're into replacing the floor tiles too as they are cut in around the base.

I agree with Chris that it is a demolition and entire refit. It will break if it is a resin tray as any uneven leverage will crack it. Silicone used as a tray adhesive is massively difficult to break free. Have a go at levering but be prepared for a rip out and refit with new.

Thanks guys. I have found a tray with identical dimensions but I lack the confidence/motivation to rip out the old one and build a new platform.

I have ordered a new cubicle and am planning to just leave this existing tray in place, clean it up, and put on the new cubicle.

I think I will get away with it except where the tray meets the walls in the corner it is bit low from the tiles, about a 12mm gap. Its hard to seal that large gap and the seal seems to break there after a few months. You can see in the photo the sealant is quite black there. Is there anything I can do to improve that area so I can seal it better?

If the tray isn't level, then there'll always be issues with water collecting in that corner encouraging mould to form to some degree, but what you can do to minimise this, and to get a decent seal, is fit white plastic quadrant around the top of the tray. You can get stuff that's made specifically for this job and has pre-cut end profiles so you don't even have to scribe the joint in the corner.
