Yeah, Gilette are getting a right slagging for that advert (rightly so) and many people are hitting back by boycotting their stuff. I boycott them on cost grounds - over-priced by a large, large margin compared to the competition.

Ohh FFS, stick to selling blades. I am glad I use Wilkinson bldes and Nivea gel.

I reverted back to a single blade 'DE -duel edge' razor years back, you can get 100 blades less than £10
My razor is a Merkur 34C, nicely made but pricey at £30ish, but it's like tools, you can feel it's quality
and worth the price, the money I've saved not spending a fortune on multi blade heads.

Same for me jaeger,i have been using them for about seven years now ,I swapped solely because of the cost of mult blade razors,
