Ford Scrappage scheme

Post by dewaltdisney »

Not sure if anyone is in the market for a new van but Ford have announced this new deal today. They are dressing it up as scrappage but essentially it is just a discount scheme which benefits the person who is trading in a cheapo knackered van. https://www.ford.co.uk/shop/price-and-l ... age-scheme

Anyway thought I would post it up in case it helps someone. :thumbright:

Most people who drive battered old vans can't afford to purchase a new one regardless of the scrappage incentive..... and they'll only find that any 'negotiations' they try to make on a normal purchase is stopped anyway.

Any way you look at it this is another sign of the imminent collapse in the market.....
Don't take it personally......
